Thames River - CJF Ross to Gibbons Park

Okay so having various blogs about different things may not have been the good idea I once thought it was. So I will now just be posting everything on here.
Had a fun paddle today with some of the locals, Bob was also there from www.skydog.ca (there is more pics there under kayaking) and got some nice shots, some of which are below. Once again the play spot just below the UWO bridge was great for pratice. Looking forward to the next paddle.

Oh yeah!

As the first thunderstorm plows through London, and the thunder booms, last summer and all of the previous summers in my memory are suddenly fresh in my mind. It's funny how you forget things so quickly, but the right sound, sight or smell can bring it all back a million times clearer than if you just tried to remember it. (And believe me I did try all winter.) I feel like I'm waking up from hibernation.
